So I ended up in the hospital 2 days ago after having all kinds of crazy symptoms involving my head not letting know which way was up or down. Come to find out I was severely dehydrated. Ain't that a kick in the head? The irony being that I drink roughly 1.5L daily, but due to meds I take courtesy of the ADHD.... OOOooh look! A kitten! Oh, yeah. The meds, yeah. They crank up my metabolism enough to require me to drink more water.
Lesson of the day: Sodas are fucking tasty as hell, but man oh man if you don't drink water you will have to pay the piper sooner than later..... And in my case, that was over 6 hours of hospital time and 3 bag of fluid through an IV through the back of my left wrist...
